Day 48: Adventure Outdoors

	Who wants to stay around at the house? Boring! Temeka wasn't about to that today. She had to sit in a class all throughout the week. The weather was nice, and she was going to make the most of it. First, she had to empty the trash. She didn't want any lip from her mother. Not this morning, and definitely not later.
On Temeka's outside adventure, she found some gold. It was just what she needed to complete her collection and turn in to the medical center. They could do whatever they wanted with the metals. Temeka was interested in the cash.
	She wasted no time in getting to the medical center to turn everything in.
Once she was done, she went over to the Roberts' house. Any place was better than her little shack of a home. It was simply too crowded in there!
	Mrs. Roberts was happy to see Temeka, and they talked for awhile. Temeka also saw an opportunity to lay down a couple more pranks while Mrs. Roberts wasn't looking. Ah, so delightful! This sure is better being cooped up in the house.
Which is what Marlon and Meggan were doing. They were interested in catching up with their reading. Marlon really wanted to make crepes. Meggan wanted to finish up her book on communication.
	Both became tired of reading, and Meggan decided it was time to do something together. "Hey, honey. Let's go out to eat tonight." It sounded like a great idea to Marlon.
It wasn't a fancy restaurant, but it was nice to get out of the house and spend time together.
