Day 40: Favors, Flavors, and Flavours.

It was Saturday, and thank Wright there was no work today! Marlon's magic dust had worn off. He was tempted to sprinkle some more on, but decided not. He wanted to go out and jog today and forget about his worries. He pet a stray cat outside before going. We could use a pet, Marlon thought to himself. Jogging was a great way for him to contemplate matters.
Temeka brought her blueberry muffins out to her bakery table, ready to sell some fresh goodness. Nobody was around. Why would anyone come over here, anyway? She knew she was going to have to try another location, and she knew just the place!
Temeka packed up her table as best she could, hopped on her bicycle, and rode into town for the Fall Festival.
Meanwhile, Marlon was continuing his jogging and pondering. He could smell the fresh aroma and almost taste the flavors of the bakery he passed. He didn't want to think about the flavors from the gym he ran by.
He did, however, find an interest in a car that he saw. Was that one of those new hybrids? Another thing to contemplate as he continued his jog.
Temeka set up shop at the festival. Yeah, this would be a good place.

Nobody came. How boring!
Oh bother! Temeka decided to go search for bugs before it got too dark. Bugs were more reliable than people, anyway.
Meggan needed to reinforce some friendships she had made, so she called one over to talk and have some fun with.
